We are seeking a Financial Analyst who will work with senior management to develop budgets and forecasts while providing insightful financial and operational analyses in support of informed decision-making and fulfilling other related responsibilities.
Additionally, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing analyses of work-in-process, overseeing the billing function, managing collections, insurance administration, and assisting with other internal initiatives that drive firm growth and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
· Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling P&L forecasts
· Prepare financial and operational analyses to support decision-making and problem-solving
· Oversee the billing function
· Manage collections
· Administer insurance policies (general and professional liability)
· Partner with firm leadership on financial strategy, process improvements, and special initiatives
What You Bring:
· Recent MBA graduate or MBA candidate nearing graduation
· Well-versed in concepts of corporate finance through academic study
· Practical, hands-on experience in executing tasks and delivering results
· Self-motivated and takes initiative
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
· Ability to collaborate across teams
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other accounting software; experience with CCH Axcess or similar systems a plus
