APPLY NOW
Fertility NP - Remote | Build Your Own Schedule Foundation Fertility | Utah | Part-Time | Telehealth About the Role Foundation Fertility is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our telehealth team providing fertility care to patients across Utah. As a Fertility NP, you'll provide virtual consultations, manage treatment plans, and support patients on their fertility journey—all from the comfort of your home. This is a flexible, part-time position perfect for NPs who want meaningful clinical work while maintaining work-life balance. Utah County has over 750,000 people and extremely limited fertility care options. Patients currently drive 45+ minutes each way to Salt Lake City for basic consultations. You'll help families who otherwise face real barriers to care. What You'll Do • Conduct telehealth consultations with fertility patients (initial evaluations, follow-Hirevector, treatment planning) • Take comprehensive fertility histories and develop individualized evaluation plans • Order and interpret diagnostic workups: hormone panels (FSH, LH, AMH, estradiol, TSH, prolactin), semen analysis, imaging referrals • Prescribe ovulation induction medications (Clomid, Letrozole) and manage medicated cycles • Coordinate with local imaging centers for cycle monitoring ultrasounds • Educate patients on fertility treatments, timelines, and expectations • Document visits in our EHR system • Know when to refer to REI specialists for advanced interventions (IVF, surgery) What You Won't Do We built this practice to let clinicians focus on clinical work. We handle everything else: • No scheduling or administrative work—we manage that • No billing or insurance headaches—we're cash-pay and handle all collections • No marketing or patient acquisition—that's on us • No chart prep—patients complete comprehensive intake before you see them • No on-call or after-hours coverage—asynchronous messaging only, during your set hours Schedule & Flexibility • 5-15 hours per week (you choose your commitment level) • Build your own schedule around your availability • 100% remote—work from anywhere in Utah • Evening and weekend availability welcome (many patients prefer these times) • Block scheduling works great (e.g., Tue/Thu evenings, Saturday mornings) • All visits are scheduled—no on-call, no walk-ins, no surprises True flexibility. Set your own hours across the week (mornings, evenings, or weekends). We ask for availability on at least 3-4 days to accommodate time-sensitive fertility care, but you choose which days and times work for you. Compensation • $50-60 per hour, based on fertility/women's health experience • Paid for scheduled patient time plus chart review and documentation • 1099 independent contractor arrangement • Potential for increased hours and rates as the practice grows Requirements • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Utah • Board certification: WHNP, FNP, or CNM • Full practice authority (2,000+ hours of post-licensure practice completed) • DEA registration (or ability to obtain) • Malpractice insurance with $1M/$3M coverage (or willingness to obtain) • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR systems • Reliable internet connection and private space for patient visits • Excellent communication and patient education skills • Self-motivated with strong time management Preferred Qualifications • Women's Health NP (WHNP) certification • Experience in OB/GYN, fertility clinic, or reproductive health setting • Familiarity with ovulation induction protocols • Experience interpreting fertility labs and semen analysis • Previous telehealth experience • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Why Foundation Fertility Meaningful work. You'll help families who face real barriers to fertility care—not just technically demanding medicine, but care that genuinely changes lives. Clinical autonomy. Utah's full practice authority means you practice at the top of your license. No physician co-signatures on every note. No waiting for approvals. You're the clinician. Modern practice. We're building with technology-first principles: streamlined EHR, automated patient communication, transparent pricing, and a consumer-grade patient experience. Growth opportunity. As we scale, there's potential for more hours, leadership roles, and shaping how we deliver care. We want partners who grow with us. About Foundation Fertility We're modernizing fertility care by making it more accessible and convenient. Our telehealth-first approach removes barriers and brings expert care directly to patients when and where they need it. We're not a big health system or a VC-backed startup pushing for volume over quality. We're building a sustainable, patient-centered practice with a small team that does things right.
