**What You'll Do**
As a Remote Order/Data Entry Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving our company's success by:
* Processing customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments
* Striving to continually improve customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing
* Receiving, editing, and entering incoming customer purchase orders accurately and promptly
* Reviewing and verifying orders to ensure accuracy and resolving any unclear issues with customers
* Managing orders throughout the entire order cycle and ensuring compliance with regulations
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience
* Computer experience, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle
* A minimum education requirement of a High School Diploma or GED
* The ability to be punctual, reliable, and dependable
* Residency in the Colorado Springs area

* 2 years of experience in a customer interaction role
