**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop a deep understanding of our customer segments to effectively address their needs and preferences.
• Design and implement customer-facing returns features that are intuitive, efficient, and customer-friendly.
• Own the development and launch of returns solutions to address existing and future edge cases, including drop-off options at physical locations and introducing new carriers.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Satisfaction Teams, Merchandising Classification groups, Customer Support, and others within the RRC team.
• Pursue continuous improvement by identifying and implementing creative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Track key performance indicators and manage detailed project plans to drive execution and accountability.
• Communicate project updates to Customer Support and other key stakeholders.
• Identify areas of risk for RRC initiatives and work with leaders to address and mitigate them.
• Oversee interdependencies and coordination across projects to ensure that project expectations, risks, and issues are accurately communicated to key stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration, key relationships, coordinated planning, and mutually beneficial associations with leaders, project managers, and key stakeholders.
**What You'll Need:**
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or similar experience overseeing cross-functional projects and aligning business requirements with technical needs.
• A proven track record of developing and refining customer-facing features in an product management capacity.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and communicate product strategy and impact.
• Ability to present new, innovative solutions and answers to address diverse customer needs.
• Demonstrated expertise in driving growth and improvements in the customer experience area.
