Job Overview As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, processing transactions, and providing support to our pharmacy team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless client interactions, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. You will work closely with our pharmacists, staff, and senior management to achieve our goals and maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities - Model and convey a unique and great client experience, ensuring that all customers receive considerate, fair, and professional service - Register sales on designated sales registers, process transactions, and provide clients with efficient checkout services - Assist pharmacists, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data and process prescriptions - Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving issues to ensure a positive client experience - Model and offer client support best practices with all colleagues, including relational habits and arenaflex service qualities - Provide clients with gracious, friendly, quick, and efficient help, recommending items for sale and suggesting upsell or companion items - Maintain counters and retires clean and well-promoted, take inventory, and keep records up-to-date - Perform duties as assigned by Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Manager, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data - Report remedy errors to pharmacists on duty and adhere to Organization policies and procedures related to pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program - Strictly adhere to the arenaflex policy regarding Fair and Accurate Dispensing during all relevant prescription dispensing activities - Handle calls that don't require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians - Process manual claims for third-party program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner Essential Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico) - Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours - Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions - Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control - PTCB certification (or willingness to obtain) Preferred Qualifications - At least six months of experience in a retail environment - Previous work experience with arenaflex or similar organizations - Excellent numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions - Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control - PTCB certification Career Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
