Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll also be responsible for: * Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues related to claims, benefits, and other healthcare-related topics. * Providing accurate and timely information to customers, including explanations of their rights and responsibilities. * Processing claim referrals, new claim handoffs, nurse reviews, complaints, and appeals. * Educating and assisting providers on our self-service options, credentialing, and contracting. * Assisting in compiling claim data for customer audits and determining medical necessity, applicable coverage provisions, and verifying member plan eligibility. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * **Location**: You must live in the state of Florida full-time. * **Experience**: You should have experience in a highly transactional call center environment. * **Customer Service**: You must have excellent customer service and critical thinking skills. * **Technical Skills**: You should be familiar with Microsoft Office products and have high-speed internet access (25 Mbps or higher) with a consistent connection. * **Work Setup**: Your work location must be set up with a direct connection to the router (not Wi-Fi). **Education** A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required for this role. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $25.15 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
