**Responsibilities**
As a part-time remote Customer Service Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing large volumes of incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the proper methods and tools
* Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
* Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
* Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents

**Qualifications**
