You'll be the voice of our customers, working closely with our core teams to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling live chat queries from customers regarding various topics, including deposits, withdrawals, gaming, and safer gambling * Identifying trends in customer interactions and providing valuable insights to Senior Executives and Managers to support early identification of issues * Resolving customer queries efficiently and effectively, often thinking outside the box to find creative solutions * Identifying potentially vulnerable customers and providing them with the necessary support to ensure their well-being * Maintaining the security and integrity of our site by adhering to our policies and procedures * Listening to customer complaints and resolving them at the first point of contact or escalating them correctly when necessary **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Zendesk experience, with a strong understanding of how to navigate our customer service platform * A keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering 5-star quality service * A minimum of 6 months of experience working in a high-volume service environment * A deep understanding of the customer service industry and what it takes to be best in class * Previous experience in iGaming is a plus, but not essential, as you'll receive comprehensive training **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that recognizes your hard work and dedication. The shifts are 8am to 12pm and 6pm to 10pm.
