**Job Description**
As a Live Chat and Email Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our players through live chat and email support. Your primary duties will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
* Gathering customer feedback and suggestions to improve our customer service process and experience
* Maintaining a positive, responsible, empathetic, and professional attitude to manage customer satisfaction
* Following standard telephone scripts provided during dunning
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond & follow up to customer inquiries through live chat and email
* Provide products information to customers
* Gather customer feedback & provide suggestions on improving customer service process & experience to superior
* Maintain positive, responsible, empathetic and professional attitude to manage customer satisfaction
* Follow the standard telephone scripts provided during dunning
**Requirements:**
* SPM level & above, trilingual in English and Chinese (verbal, written & read)
* Minimum 1 year working experience in any customer service role
* Basic computer skills: Gsuite, Microsoft
* Own PC/Laptop with spec 8GB RAM above & I5 Core or AMD Ryzen 5 above with 80mbps internet speed for work

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
