**Job Summary**
As an IT Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in the management of our server farm and data entry operations. You will be responsible for providing IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational manageability of the basic framework that supports our airport communication spaces. This is a full-time remote position that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits and perks.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide IT administration of all site executions, inventories, foundation planning, accompanying, deterrent systems of support and break/fix services for server farm basic framework, IT certificate labs, and remote communication room basic climate hardware.
* IT support of IT labs to align our client application and designing groups with workstations, equipment, and access to test their application.
* Remote coordination in conjunction with professional services responsible for basic framework support and break-fix exercises at remote communication rooms.
* Management, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of all basic offices foundation for server farm and remote communication room hardware.
* Advancement of server farm and remote communication room principles for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT framework.
* Support IT Offices grounds fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service coherence of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.
* Suggesting and executing departmental approach, rules, principles, and techniques.
* Ensures compliance with all governing corporate principles and rules.
* Project management of server farm and remote communication room norms capital upgrades, redesigns, and improvements.
* Determination of IT and basic offices services, ensuring precise documentation, getting best costs for items and services, and ensuring that vendors satisfy their contractual commitments.
* Oversees the plan, execution, and vendor support of the fitting electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor maintenance, and cabling programs for communication rooms.
* Provide proactive and break-fix support for alert/ticket remediation connected with offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm equipment.
* Functional maintainability of airport basic climate foundation.
* Foster Plan Guidelines for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, air conditioning, Generators, and Fire Life and Safety (FLS) systems.
* Remote coordination of airport basic framework support and break-fix exercises.
* Audit/Store Support Records. Ensure discrepancies are remediated.
* Provide remote Episode Management goal to airport basic hardware.
* Provide distant installation, design, and functional support.
* Maintain strict adherence to change control exercises.
* Balances multiple needs within established time limitations
* Adaptability to help an activity with fluctuating movements, increased hours, and available for potential emergency needs.

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of server farm technology and basic offices framework
* Project management of remote communication room norms capital enhancements, updates, and upgrades
* Capital determining and project management for airport basic gear life cycle substitution
* Support Corporate Land projects that relate to remote communication room design/operation as an IT Offices agent and on-site evaluation reporting
* Space, UPS Power, and basic cooling limit management
* Choice of basic offices services, ensuring exact documentation, getting best costs for items and services, and ensuring that vendors satisfy their contractual commitments
* Oversees the plan, execution, and vendor support of the fitting electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor maintenance, and cabling programs for communication rooms
* Provide proactive and break-fix support for alert/ticket remediation connected with offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm equipment

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Four-year college degree or 5 or more years of significant experience
* IT Project Management experience with (at least 2 years) within a high availability communication room as well as server farm working environment, everyday operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and hardware
* Exchange School Graduate
