Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who share a common goal: to make a positive impact on people's lives. **Job Summary** As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and grievances, and advocating for their needs. You'll work closely with our healthcare providers, community organizations, and advocacy groups to ensure that our members receive the best possible care.
