**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Science Analyst to join our team in Boston. As a Senior Data Science Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions to improve our product recommendation engine. You will work closely with our product, design, and AI teams to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities**
* Run unconditional exploratory data analysis to identify novel ideas and opportunities
* Plan and run A/B tests of our latest product recommendation algorithms
* Proactively monitor our suggestion models to identify potential issues, determine root causes, and resolve
* Develop new tools that enable us to be more efficient and effective
* Work closely and build strong relationships with our product, design, and AI partners
* Communicate key insights and recommendations to cross-functional senior leaders across the organization
**What You'll Need**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as software engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or finance
* Investigation or Data Science experience with e-commerce companies is a plus
* In-depth knowledge of SQL (full capabilities, query optimization, stored procedures, string parsing, Vertica/Hive/Voila/Flask, etc.)
* In-depth knowledge of Python and Python libraries (Jupyter notebooks, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.)
* Experience with experimental design (A/B tests) and statistical analysis to drive business-driven decisions is a plus
* Experience with AI algorithms/techniques (decision trees, random forests, deep learning, etc.) within a business setting is a plus
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative attitude
* Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with partners
* Demonstrated history of taking ownership and driving results in a fast-paced environment
* Strong business acumen, scientific skills, and technical capabilities alongside critical thinking skills
