Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to safety, efficiency, and innovation, while driving business growth and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Expectations** The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst will be responsible for: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components. * Helping to create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assisting in exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities. * Presenting insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Helping to create and distribute specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team. * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision * May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader. **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data analysis, statistics, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with precision and accuracy. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. * Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase. * Ability to understand the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. * Willingness to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. **Preferred Qualifications** * Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field. * Ability to work really in major areas of strength for a help/group situated climate. * Ability to focus on liabilities really and be a free mastermind. * Past internship experience in a connected field. * Ability to plan and support large business initiatives. **What We Offer** As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $28/hour, plus a range of benefits and perks, including: * Free, unlimited space available travel honors for yourself (assessments and expenses may apply on worldwide travel). * Access to the latest technology and software, including data visualization tools and software. * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and mentorship programs. * A dynamic and inclusive work environment, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and process improvement, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
