**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst on our E2E Transportation team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and insights, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth. You'll work closely with our data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to design and implement data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that inform business decisions and drive operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth
* Work with business stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet those needs
* Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to analyze and interpret complex data sets
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
**Test Tasks**
* Plan and estimate retail tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new initiatives and strategies
* Build dashboards and metrics for new client recommendations, such as Expedited Shipment
* Develop driver examination for essential reasons behind delayed orders
* Analyze differences in execution between stores and markets
**What You'll Achieve**
* Apply SQL and visualization skills to create reports that showcase the results of your investigations
* Collaborate with colleagues to gather data from different sources to support key investigations
* Lead exploratory research, including hypothesis testing and essential statistical testing
* Automate tasks and create processes that screen, analyze, and advise key stakeholders
**What We're Looking For**
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
