Role Overview: Financial Service Client Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding process for new clients and manage accounts to ensure seamless transitions

- Facilitate the collection of necessary statements and documents to transfer accounts efficiently
- Track the transfer process to ensure accurate and efficient cost basis transfer
- Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate the transfer process and track the status of each account transfer
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to expand our client base
Qualifications and Skills:
