**Job Description**
As a Data Reporting Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and analytics to support business decision-making. You will work closely with the People Systems Team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to help drive business growth and improvement. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Intake file requests and understand specific reporting requirements, including date range, data fields, and user purpose
* Interpret and reconcile data discrepancies to deliver accurate reporting statistics
* Create custom data evaluations for use by human resources teams and other departments
* Partner with reporting customers to refine evaluations
* Confer with stakeholders to ensure the successful functioning of newly completed systems or processes
* Ensure data integrity is maintained by efficiently interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership
* Ensure proper data protection and privacy guidelines are applied
* Resolve escalated issues through the research of discrepancies
* Blend and automate data
* Perform other duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

**Education and Experience**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Entry-level experience, developing skills and knowledge in relevant data/analytics/problem-solving roles
* No prior experience is required, but a passion for data-driven insights and a willingness to learn and grow is essential

* Ability to perform work duties from a limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended intervals of time
