**What You'll Do**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for performing daily data handling tasks and independently managing small to medium-scale projects, providing high-quality contributions to data analysis. Your primary focus will be on working with Item Success, Record Management, and Providers to ensure successful delivery of data projects, meeting ISO and global data handling standards.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

* Leading execution on daily requests for data analysis and control of primary and secondary data to support Provider and internal requests.
* Assessing demands for data services and understanding the requirements of data projects.
* Preparing, planning, focusing on, and communicating effectively to ensure expectations are met and projects are delivered on time.
* Checking data indexes for intelligent consistency, reformatting, and updating data indexes for downstream analysis.
* Manipulating data to the right format for analysis purposes using Succeed or SPSS (weighting and handling as necessary).
* Being a proactive team member who provides counsel or ideas for improvements and automation, where necessary, to improve overall efficiency and delivery. Perform other impromptu tasks and assignments as appointed.
* Creating and sharing best practices with colleagues, across departments, to continuously improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our product offerings and processes.
