Your responsibilities will include: * Providing accurate and personalized communication to arenaflex users through live chat, email, and social media in a timely manner * Staying updated on the video and streaming world so you can provide expert solutions to our customers * Contributing to your ongoing learning and the success of your team by participating in experimentation efforts across the team that help drive meaningful improvements to the customer experience * Being an advocate of arenaflex and sharing product knowledge with customers to foster engagement and loyalty to our product * Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organization's offerings **What We Look For** We're seeking a talented and customer-centric professional who shares our passion for video streaming and multistreaming solutions.
