Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working 15-20+ hours per week, including evening and weekend hours. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will have the opportunity to combine your passion for the arts with your customer support skills, providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day client support, resolving trouble tickets, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely and productive solutions
- Collaborate closely with our Sales Team and Account Management Team to prioritize the needs of new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge, staying up-to-date on features and platform changes, and communicating this information to internal staff as required
- Contribute to the creation and updating of knowledge bases for clients and internal staff, including instructional videos and company newsletters
- Develop and host training sessions, informational webinars, and Q&A sessions to support client success
- Participate in other projects as assigned, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in customer service, tech support, or sales in the B2B SaaS space, with a proven track record of providing excellent service
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a box office, ticketing, or related live event space
- Experience with G-Suite, Slack, Asana, and LiveAgent or ZenDesk is a plus
- Self-motivated, with a "get it done" attitude and a strong affinity for working in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction

- Experience with customer support software and ticketing systems
