**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Exceeding customer expectations by providing world-class customer service and a pleasant shopping experience
* Representing arenaflex by working together with fellow employees to deliver an exceptional customer experience
* Overseeing and directing the workflow of customer service employees
* Operating a register as needed, accurately handling and securing all monies, funds, and other media
* Facilitating an engaged environment within the self-checkout area
* Assisting the Front End team in achieving all operations and sales objectives, including contributing to budget, gross profit, productivity, inventory management, merchandising, and promotions
* Operating, cleaning, and maintaining equipment, machinery, tools, and workstations
* Collaborating with management in decision-making, direction, and implementation of operational and customer service goals
* Providing technical support through basic problem-solving, including reboots, paper and currency jams, product look-up, and EFT freezes
* Identifying potential theft and suspicious transactions at all checkouts, including self-checkout and myExpress Checkout
* Engaging in and encouraging continuous improvement through ideas and innovation
* Adhering to and enforcing all government employment and labor regulations, as well as all arenaflex policies and procedures
* Adhering to and enforcing all government food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as all arenaflex policies and procedures

* Performing myExpress Checkout bag checks and periodically monitoring myExpress Checkout transactions
* Bagging groceries, retrieving carriages, returning back-shop, and completing other tasks as needed
**Essential Qualifications**
