**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. You'll be the go-to expert for our clients, providing product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Provide product information, troubleshooting, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
* Upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
* MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with customer service software and technology
* Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Experience with upselling and cross-selling
