**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative working remotely in Virginia, you'll be a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex customer issues. * Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner

**What You Bring to the Role**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key requirements:
* 6 months or more of customer service experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong product knowledge and ability to apply and explain it to customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* High-speed internet connection (15 Mbps or faster)
* Computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
