We believe in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, and we are excited to welcome like-minded individuals to our team. **Position Overview** The Customer Service Representative role is a key position responsible for answering a high-volume of incoming calls from Residential and Commercial customers regarding their waste and recycling services. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a professional, positive, and efficient manner, effectively addressing customer complaints and concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner (75 to 120 per day) * Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions * Maintain call center database by entering information * Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum one year of Call Center experience * High School diploma or GED * In Person and/or Phone Customer Service experience * Excellent communication skills (oral and written) * Inbound Call Center experience * Professional demeanor * Microsoft Office: Intermediate level * Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in the waste and recycling services industry * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
