**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide mentorship to colleagues to improve their overall performance on all metrics

* Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to provide excellent customer support and making working with us easy for merchants

**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, psychology)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with individuals at all levels of technical expertise
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

* Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools for data analysis and reporting

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
* Strong knowledge of the food delivery industry and its trends
* Experience with data analysis and reporting, including creating and interpreting reports
