**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Dispatch to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, dispatching service technicians, and handling customer complaints and concerns. **Key Responsibilities**
* Field incoming calls to increase sales and traffic for most efficient and effective services
* Interview customers by phone to obtain all necessary information to provide the best service
* Track sales and make regular reports to management
* Handle customer complaints and customer concerns with billing or service
* Dispatch Service Technicians to job sites in a timely and efficient manner
* Handle Technician issues and resolve any conflicts or concerns
* Track job tickets and time records and make regular reports to management
* Follow-up on timely commercial collections and payments
* Follow-up with customers to ensure on-time and satisfactory service
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or dispatch environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and dispatch software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
