**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling customer telephone calls and responding to secured and unsecured email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate and helpful information about arenaflex products and services, including account balances, transactions, and other account-related inquiries
* Processing customer requests, such as check and debit card orders, funds transfers, account closures, and wire transfers
* Maintaining excellent knowledge of arenaflex products and services to effectively answer customer questions and identify sales opportunities
* Identifying and resolving customer problems and concerns in a fair and timely manner, following established policies and procedures
* Maintaining the security and confidentiality of customer accounts and information
* Covering the Operator role as needed and providing indirect customer support to colleagues
* Participating in ongoing training and development to maintain required skills and stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

**Education and Special Requirements**
* High school diploma required; associate's degree (AA) or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years' experience in a related position preferred
* Ability to take initiative, accept responsibility, and work independently, as well as being aware of and part of a team environment
* Computer skills, communication skills, and utilization of office equipment required
* Must consent to remote monitoring of incoming customer telephone calls
