This role is designed to provide reviews on product knowledge and customer care call coaching to employees, ensuring adherence to customer interaction standard processes, transactional accuracy guidelines, regulatory compliance, and company policies within our contact centers.
As a Customer Service Quality Assurance Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in customer service. Your expertise will influence and educate your peers by setting an example, providing direction, and generally raising the level of performance of others while on the job. You will provide feedback to peers and leaders, ensuring that quality and timeliness expectations are met. Additionally, you will take calls to maintain personal proficiency and support office-level goals, build and maintain client relationships, and attend calibration meetings to achieve consistency in the review process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Influence and educate by setting the example, providing direction, and generally raising the level of performance of others while on the job
* Provide feedback to peers and leaders to ensure quality and timeliness expectations are met
* Provide review updates on quality and/or timeliness expectations to ensure adherence to customer interaction standard processes
* Take calls to maintain personal proficiency and support office-level goals
* Build and maintain client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Attend and present at calibration meetings to achieve consistency in the review process
* Facilitate training for new hires and rotational employees as required to ensure a smooth onboarding process
* Ensure timely reviews occur to maintain high standards of customer service
* Identify trends and assist with specific training needs as requested to drive continuous improvement
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
* 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Preferred)
* Strong customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Digital literacy with experience in using various software and technology platforms
* Inclusive leadership skills with the ability to influence and educate others
* Learning agility with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
* Results-oriented with a focus on driving quality and timeliness expectations
**Nice-to-Haves:**
* Experience in a quality assurance or training role
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
