Job Summary arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team in a remote/hybrid work environment. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, working with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment, and resolving customer challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management. Key Responsibilities: - Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls. - Work with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment. - Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day. - Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management. - Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures. Essential Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent. - At least 1 year of customer service experience. - Ability to commute to our facility from your home. - A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity. - Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once. - Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in a customer-facing role. - Knowledge of customer service software and systems. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
