Our success is tied to our clients' success, and we're committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of our business. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer support to our clients across multiple ecommerce platforms. You will be responsible for answering questions, making routine quality control checks of listings, and creating and repurposing content for Amazon Posts. This role requires strong customer service skills, excellent time management and planning skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of customer experience agents to ensure efficient and effective handoffs. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide white-glove service to clients across multiple ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and Ebay * Create and repurpose content for Amazon Posts and schedule posts for clients * Assist Analytics in reports and data downloads * Work collaboratively with a team of customer experience agents to ensure efficient and effective handoffs * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge **Essential Functions** * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Excellent time management and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work collaboratively with a team of customer experience agents to ensure efficient and effective handoffs * Strong communication and research skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues * Impeccable writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content * Attitude of learning, with a willingness to continuously improve skills and knowledge * Discerning judgment, with the ability to make informed decisions and prioritize tasks * Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues * Energetic, results-driven, and a finisher, with a focus on delivering high-quality results **Qualification Requirements** * Proficiency in Teamwork Desk, Zen Desk, or other similar software * Comfortable with online collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) as well as project management tools like Wrike * Competent with Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of Amazon TOS * Hands-on individual, self-starter, with the ability to deal with ambiguity in new situations and drive for results with a positive attitude * Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment * Proficient in English and Spanish, with excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both verbally and in writing * Experience in the ecommerce/Amazon platform preferred * Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
