**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
* Provide service to patients in a professional manner, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Provide excellent, concise communication, ensuring that patients feel heard and understood.
* Learn and understand ETM software operation, as well as billing and account operations.
* Answer and document all telephone inquiries, ensuring that patient information is accurate and up-to-date.
* Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, working closely with our team to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently.
* Update patients' insurance coverage as needed, ensuring that their information is accurate and up-to-date.
* Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, as required.
* Rebills accounts after receiving insurance information, ensuring that patients receive the care they need.
* Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans, as needed.
* Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management.
**Job Requirements**
* **Qualifications/Experience**:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment.
+ Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously.
+ Strong communication skills (oral and written) required.
* **Preferred Qualifications**:
+ Experience in retail and restaurant service, with a strong focus on customer service.
+ Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
