Munka is an on-demand hiring and staffing platform connecting workers and businesses. We’re currently in pre-launch, onboarding users and employers, and preparing our internal systems to scale once jobs go live.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Fractional CRM Manager to design and manage our CRM foundation. This person will set up the core structure, workflows, and reporting that will power onboarding, communications, and growth post-launch.
This is a hands-on operator role, not a data-entry or passive admin position.
What You’ll Do
Own CRM setup and structure (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
Design lifecycle pipelines for:
Workers
Employers
Onboarding & activation
Build workflows, automations, tags, and segmentation
Ensure clean, deduplicated, well-structured data
Create dashboards and basic reporting for leadership
Integrate CRM with forms, email, and support tools
Recommend best practices for scaling post-launch
Document systems so they’re easy to expand later
What We’re Looking For
3+ years managing or implementing CRMs
Strong experience with automation & workflow logic
Startup or early-stage experience preferred
Comfortable building systems from scratch
Clear communicator who can explain logic simply
Proactive, not reactive
Nice to Have
Marketplace or two-sided platform experience
HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho certifications
API or integration experience
RevOps or Growth Ops background
