You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle phone and email inquiries from customers regarding price quotes, calibration scheduling, and post-calibration billing * Provide quality customer service through call center functions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues * Establish and maintain constant communication with customers to build strong relationships and drive customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date on all aspects of product inventory, including data entry, cancellations, credits, invoicing, and customer service inquiries * Generate sales/buys from online leads, leveraging your knowledge of ADAS systems and calibrations to drive business growth * Assume other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt **Education & Experience** * High school degree or equivalent required; 2+ years of college preferred * Call Center Customer Service experience a plus * Bi-lingual, English & Spanish, a strong asset **Knowledge/Skills/Abilities** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues * Strong customer relations skills, with a focus on building trust and resolving issues efficiently * Ability to work well with others, as part of a dynamic and supportive team * Ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively * Attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work **Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment** * Work is primarily sedentary, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently * Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs may be required * Willingness to learn and complete calibrations, with a focus on developing new skills and expertise **Career Growth Opportunities & Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
