**Job Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering systems
* Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
**Minimum Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency in both verbal and written forms
