Job Description:
• Lead multiple executive compensation projects from kickoff through final delivery
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions and anticipating needs
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables ensuring work is completed accurately and on schedule
• Review, refine and customize analyses, presentations, and written recommendations before they go to clients
• Delegate work to associates, set clear expectations and provide real-time coaching and feedback
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and draft proposals and statements of work
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development efforts
• Improve internal tools, processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency and client experience
• Collaborate regularly with Client Relationship Managers and cross-practice teams to ensure seamless delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, ideally with an emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration
• 10+ years of related executive compensation analytical experience, involving data evaluation, financial modeling and presentation design with experience in compensation consulting
• Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Role model problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, writing, verbal and presentation skills are required
