Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Email Marketing Specialist to partner with our company long-term to design and launch professional monthly email campaigns using GoHighLevel (GHL).
This is NOT a one-time project.
We want a consistent monthly partner who understands business marketing, deliverability, and clean campaign design.

OTC Fleet Services (Commercial Fleet Repair & Maintenance)
Keystone Trailers (Trailer Dealership)
Fleet Graphix (Commercial Vehicle Wraps & Branding)
We want to send 1 email campaign per month per brand (3 total campaigns monthly).
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Designing 3 email campaigns per month (1 per company)
Creating clean, professional email layouts inside GoHighLevel
Writing or assisting with marketing copy (we can provide direction)
Improving email deliverability and engagement rates
Suggesting campaign ideas and marketing angles
Setting up campaigns in GoHighLevel for approval before sending
Basic list organization and segmentation (if needed)
We will review and approve all campaigns before they are sent.
Our Email Lists:
Keystone Trailers: ~1,600–1,700 contacts
OTC Fleet Services + Fleet Graphix: ~3,000–4,000 contacts
B2B focused audience (fleet companies, contractors, business owners)
REQUIRED Skills:
Experience with GoHighLevel (VERY IMPORTANT)
Email marketing campaign design experience
Understanding of email deliverability best practices
Strong business and marketing sense
Good communication and reliability
Ability to create professional, clean email designs (not spammy)
BONUS (Nice to Have – Not Required):
Wix website editing experience
Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
B2B marketing experience
Social media marketing knowledge
CRM/email list management experience

Multiple brand email lists
Workload Expectation:
Approximately 3 campaigns per month
Ongoing monthly relationship preferred
Light but consistent workload
Budget:
We are looking for a long-term partner and open to:
Monthly Retainer ($100–$250/month to start)
OR
Per Campaign Pricing (Preferred if reasonable)
We value consistency, reliability, and long-term collaboration over cheap one-time work.
If performance is strong, this role can expand into:
Website updates (Wix)
Additional campaigns
Marketing support across all brands
