Description   As a member of the Keycentrix senior leadership team, the Product Marketing Director plays a critical role in aligning product strategy with customer needs and market opportunities. Working closely with VP of Product, this leader brings market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback into the product planning process to help shape product vision and roadmap priorities, ensuring solutions address the evolving needs of pharmacy operators and healthcare organizations. The role also assists in leading successful commercialization of the product portfolio by defining product positioning, guiding go-to-market strategy, and enabling Sales with clear value propositions and messaging. Acting as the bridge between product strategy and market execution, the Product Marketing Director ensures Keycentrix solutions are differentiated, relevant, and positioned for sustained adoption and growth.   Required Skills - Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement, ensuring strong product-market fit. - Marketing Strategy: Expert skills in implementing and working with communication automations, the latest marketing trends and technologies, and managing integrated multi-tiered marketing efforts. In-depth knowledge in effective use of social media platforms, earned advertising, analytics, tag management, ad management, a variety of CMS, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp and Microsoft Office. Wordpress experience also preferred - Content Development & Sales Enablement: Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills including ability to compose and curate content, design graphics, write and edit compelling stories, draft statements of work, develop RFPs, manage bids, place media. Equip sales teams with compelling product narratives, value propositions, and enablement tools to support successful customer engagement. - Go-to-Market Strategy: Translate product capabilities into customer centric stories and articulate a clear, differentiated and persona-driven positioning. Develop and execute product launch strategies, positioning, and messaging that clearly communicate product value. - Customer & Market Insight: Translate customer needs, pharmacy workflows, and market trends into actionable product requirements and roadmap priorities. - Product Roadmap & Portfolio Strategy: Define and prioritize product roadmaps that align with business objectives, customer value, and long-term platform strategy. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive successful product outcomes. - Market Segmentation & Opportunity Analysis: Identify growth opportunities through market segmentation, competitive intelligence, and industry trend analysis. - Voice of Customer Programs: Lead customer discovery efforts including user research, advisory boards, and feedback loops to inform product development. - Product Adoption & Growth: Design strategies to drive product adoption, usage growth, and long-term customer value. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Use product analytics, customer data, and market insights to guide product prioritization and strategic decisions. - Market Sizing & Business Analysis: Conduct TAM/SAM/SOM analysis and evaluate product performance using key adoption and revenue metrics. - Healthcare & Pharmacy Domain Knowledge: Understand pharmacy operations, clinical workflows, regulatory environments, and the broader healthcare technology ecosystem. - Technical Product Acumen: Demonstrate familiarity with SaaS platforms, product architecture, system integrations, and agile product development practices. - Product Development Tools: Experience with modern product management tools such as Jira, Aha!, Productboard, and related collaboration platforms. - Strategic Leadership & Communication: Exhibit strong executive communication, stakeholder alignment, problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.   Requirements - 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product commercialization, or strategic marketing roles. Strong experience with: product positioning and messaging, go-to-market strategy, product launches, competitive intelligence, sales enablement - Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical products into clear, compelling customer value propositions. - Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to use data and market insights to inform decisions. - Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills including: storytelling and narrative development, executive presentations, product messaging and content creation - Experience with marketing technologies including: marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, content management systems (CMS) - Experience in healthcare technology, pharmacy operations, SaaS, or related technology markets preferred. - Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites and industry events.   Education - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required - MBA with a concentration in Marketing, Product Strategy, or Healthcare preferred - Pharmacy industry engagement experience preferred Summary Keycentrix is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against employees or applicants based on race, color, religion, sex/gender, national origin, disability, age, or any other category protected by law.
