Role Overview
We’re looking for a Creative Designer Intern who can design engaging social media posts and create high-quality reels / short-form videos. You’ll work on both SkySync’s brand and client projects, helping bring ideas to life visually across platforms.
This is a hands-on, agency-style role focused on real work and portfolio building.
• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign social media posts, carousels, and stories for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Create and edit reels / short-form videos (text overlays, transitions, motion graphics)
• Translate brand and campaign ideas into visually compelling content
• Maintain visual consistency while adapting designs for different clients
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and strategy teams
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and creative styles
• Revise and iterate designs based on feedback and performance
• RequirementsBasic to intermediate experience with Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Reel/video editing experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Good understanding of social media formats and audience engagement
• Strong sense of color, typography, and layout
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Nice to HaveMotion graphics or animation skills
• Prior experience designing for brands or clients
• Understanding of content performance and engagement metrics
