Key Responsibilities: Provide phone support to patients and handle new medication orders and refills, including benefit verification and prior authorization. Coordinate and process patient medication requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of specialty medications. Collaborate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless patient care. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients, insurance companies, and internal partners. Requirements: 1+ year of experience in a customer service role, handling high-volume, complex customer needs via telephone. 1+ year of experience working with Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email. 1+ year of PC keyboarding experience, with strong typing skills and accuracy. High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications: 6+ months of experience resolving high-volume, complex customer needs via telephone.
