About the Role: We're on the hunt for a talented Customer Support Representative, Payroll, to join our vibrant team! As a Homie, you'll be the face of our company, delivering top-notch customer support services to small businesses via phone, email, and chat. You'll help our clients navigate payroll-related inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless usage of our payroll product. If you're passionate about supporting small businesses, have a knack for problem-solving, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer support services via phone, email, and chat, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported problems, escalating issues as needed and collaborating with internal teams to convey customer feedback. Educate customers on the features, functionalities, and best practices of our payroll product, ensuring they get the most value from our solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer support system. Contribute to the overall customer satisfaction and retention goals, striving to exceed customer expectations. Requirements: 2+ years of customer support experience, with 1+ year working in payroll support or implementation. Strong understanding of payroll fundamentals at the federal, state, and local levels. Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a contact center environment. Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
