RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the primary point of contact for all client questions, concerns, etc Promptly respond to and manage client emails, calls, and voicemails. Address and resolve all client inquiries while delivering outstanding customer service that exceeds client expectations. Facilitate internal client processes such as onboarding, offboarding, billing, and invoicing to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Perform routine administrative tasks including daily job board postings using provided templates and guidelines. Identify process improvements to boost client satisfaction, streamline workflows, and minimize errors. Learn different areas of the business, fill operational gaps, and mentor or train new team members as we scale. Assist with various administrative tasks, collaborations, internal projects (e.g., employee handbooks, process documentation, training manuals), etc. Requirements REQUIREMENTS 4+ years of customer service experience minimum (B2B preferred) 2+ years of full-time remote experience (hybrid/covid not applicable) Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience required Proven track record of self-management, productivity, and consistency working independently Ability to understand customer needs, take ownership, and solve problems Extremely organized, reliable, and phenomenal attention to detail Ability to pass upfront and random Drug Screenings as required Working at-home computer with reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps+) Technically adept with proficiency in CRM’s, Microsoft Office, etc Automotive industry knowledge or experience is a plus Benefits WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
