Role Overview – Empower Customers to Realize Their Business Vision As a Customer Business Outcomes (CBO) Specialist focused on the U.S. Enterprise segment, you will be the strategic bridge between arenaflex’s portfolio of solutions and the ambitious outcomes our customers aim to achieve. You will partner closely with field sales leaders, regional vice presidents, account team units, and industry subject‑matter experts to develop and execute multi‑year business cases that drive digital transformation, quantify financial impact, and cement arenaflex as the partner of choice. This role is highly customer‑facing, requiring you to lead executive‑level workshops, conduct rigorous solution assessments, and craft compelling business narratives that translate technology capabilities into tangible business value. Key Responsibilities Discovery & Outcome Definition - Design the ATU Field Engagement Model: Establish a repeatable framework that starts with a customer’s desired outcomes and maps them to arenaflex’s solution set. - Lead CBO Discovery Workshops: Facilitate deep‑dive sessions with VP/CxO stakeholders and internal account teams to surface business priorities, pain points, and success criteria. - Execute Solution Assessments: Evaluate the current technology stack, identify gaps, and recommend the optimal arenaflex capabilities needed to achieve the desired state. - Develop Maturity Models: Create visual and analytical maturity maps that illustrate the customer's current versus target architecture, aligning transformation steps with arenaflex Reference Architecture. - Coach Sales Communities: Mentor Account Executives, Account Technology Strategists, Digital Advisors, and Cloud Solution Architects on outcome‑driven selling techniques. - Orchestrate Complex Engagements: Manage multiple, cross‑functional initiatives that converge into a cohesive business‑outcome sales motion.
