What You’ll Do    As the Smart SNAP Education Coordinator, you will design and implement education programs that connect nutrition assistance with cardiometabolic health outcomes in rural Indiana. You will develop curriculum and outreach materials, coordinate with community health partners and SNAP program administrators, and track participant engagement and health outcomes. This role bridges public health, nutrition, and community education — requiring a creative, evidence-based approach to program design and a deep understanding of the barriers rural populations face in accessing healthy food and preventive care. Requirements What You Bring - Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, nursing, nutrition, or exercise science; master’s preferred - 5+ years of experience in chronic disease prevention, cardiometabolic health, or community-clinical integration - Experience designing or implementing evidence-based health interventions - Strong understanding of rural health systems and community health models - Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders At CSpring, we unlock the potential of people and data.
