We are seeking an experienced Credentialing Specialist and Fee Schedule Negotiator to join our remote team. This is a key role focused on claim submission, insurance payment posting, denial resolution, and daily reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing dental billing workflows independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: · Manage provider credentialing and re-credentialing with dental insurance payors, ensuring timely and accurate submission of applications and documentation. • Track credentialing status, maintain compliance records, and serve as the main point of contact for providers and insurance networks. • Analyze insurance fee schedules, identify opportunities for improved reimbursement, and negotiate with payors to secure favorable rates. • Monitor reimbursement trends, report negotiation outcomes, and support leadership in developing strategies to optimize practice profitability. Compliance and Data Security • Follow HIPAA regulations and internal data privacy policies • Stay current with industry changes, payer policies, and coding updates Required Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of dental billing experience with a strong understanding of insurance workflows • At least 2 years of experience working remotely, demonstrating the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines • Proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Denticon, or similar • Comfortable using payer portals, clearinghouses, and Excel • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Reliable internet connection and secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with a dental billing service or supporting multiple practices • Dental billing or coding certification (e.g., AAPC, ADA courses) • Bilingual (Spanish a plus, but not required) Compensation & Growth Opportunity • Compensation is based on a percentage of invoiced revenue, offering strong earning potential tied to performance and results • Opportunity to grow this department and advance into a Lead or Manager-level role as the company continues to expand What We Offer: • 100% remote work opportunity • Part or full-time schedule with flexible daytime hours • Supportive team environment • Opportunities for career growth within a growing company To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter describing your dental billing background and remote work experience.
