The position requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.We are seeking a candidate with a strong technical background, preferably in mathematics, computer science, engineering, or other related fields. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT environment is required, as well as a track record of delivering successful projects and solutions. The successful candidate must have demonstrated expertise in infrastructure technologies, such as virtualization, storage, networking, and cloud computing. Experience with open source technologies, such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux, is a plus.We are looking for a candidate with a creative and analytical mindset, who can quickly identify and resolve issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as well as a strong customer service orientation.
