Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business)
• 3 + years of practical experience in enterprise software implementation, or business process consulting, preferably in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or related solutions.
• Experience leading two or more software implementations, directly managing modules or workstreams across all project stages, including design, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Strong business process design and configuration knowledge, with expertise in key enterprise processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex implementations on time and within scope.
• Specialized aptitude with the ability to configure software, understand technical components of software implementations, including integrations and APIs, and apply them to develop and deliver solutions.
• Ability to understand and analyze customers’ existing technology stacks (e.g., ERP systems, CRM platforms) and recommend optimized business processes to maximize value.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with executive, business process owners and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to articulate the business value of technology solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation skills, in particular through product demos.
• Experience with data analytics, AI/ML concepts, and their application in a business context is a significant plus.
• Some understanding of core supply chain processes, for example including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution is a plus.
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally for customer meetings.
