Key Responsibilities:
Advertiser Onboarding and Management:
• Successfully onboard up to 10 advertisers per month.
• Coordinate advertiser intake and schedule interviews as needed.
• Act as the primary liaison between the advertiser, Advertiser Strategist, Senior Account Manager, and Advertiser Traffic.
• Proactively address and resolve issues related to deadlines and deliverables.
• Serve as the go-to person for all advertiser inquiries and concerns.
Sponsor Requirements Management:
• Ensure all sponsor requirements are received, approved, and delivered on time.
• Manage payments, agreements, creative assets (like landing pages and lead magnets), and calls to action.
• Proactively communicate with advertisers regarding sponsor requirements and deadlines.
Advertiser Satisfaction and Relationship Management:
• Maintain average advertiser satisfaction ratings above 9/10 or 4.5/5.
• Proactively engage with advertisers on strategy, insights, opportunities, and relationship management.
• Address all advertiser questions and concerns within 3 business hours, Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm EST).
