The Fundraising Advisor role is designed for professionals experienced in: • Startup fundraising • Capital formation • Investor relations • Venture, private equity, or early-stage finance Advisors engage with founders on a deal-by-deal or engagement basis, aligned to capital raised. What You’ll Do As a RaiseOS Advisor, you may: • Guide founders through equity fundraising strategy • Prepare fundraising narratives, materials, and positioning • Advise on round structure, timing, and investor targeting • Make warm introductions to angels, VCs, and LPs • Support diligence, negotiation, and close processes Engagements vary by stage and scope.
