Bondflow is a structured private credit platform focused on disciplined fixed-income exposure for accredited investors. We are expanding our US private wealth distribution efforts and hiring an Associate to directly contribute to capital formation.
You will be responsible for:
• Building and managing an outbound pipeline across RIAs, boutique wealth managers, and family offices
• Initiating and maintaining advisor relationships
• Converting qualified conversations into capital commitments
• Supporting feeder/platform discussions and onboarding
• Maintaining rigorous CRM discipline and weekly activity reporting
• Contributing directly to monthly and quarterly fundraising targets
This role is measured by pipeline velocity, advisor engagement, and capital conversion.
Ideal Profile
• Min 3–6 years in wealth management sales, alternatives distribution, or capital raising support
• Direct experience engaging RIAs, private wealth advisors, or accredited investors
• Established network within wealth distribution channels or retail investor communities
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-up cadence
• Familiarity with private credit, private equity, or structured alternative vehicles
• Self-driven, accountable, and metrics-oriented
