Role Summary:
As a Senior SAP BTP Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-native applications, integrations, and extensions that support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement solutions using SAP BTP services such as:
• SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM)
• SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
• SAP Workflow Management
• SAP Launchpad / WorkZone
• SAP HANA Cloud, XSUAA, and Document Services
• Develop and configure integration flows, mappings, and APIs using SAP CPI and WebUI.
• Customize and extend standard integration content using Groovy scripts, Java, or Node.js.
• Configure OAuth, Identity Providers, and role collections for secure access and authorization.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct solution demos, POCs, and effort estimations.
• Lead small teams and contribute to project planning, delivery, and quality assurance.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP BTP innovations and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP technologies, with at least 3–5 years in SAP BTP.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• SAP CAPM, Cloud Foundry, SAP CPI
• Microservices using Spring Boot or Node.js
• REST APIs, OAuth, and Git
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA integration and extension scenarios.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP BTP or CPI certification.
• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP Data Intelligence.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
