I am seeking an experienced researcher and ghostwriter to collaborate on the development of my upcoming nonfiction book focused on evolving dynamics between emerging and seasoned professionals in today’s workplace.
The ideal candidate will assist in organizing and strengthening research, refining theoretical frameworks, and shaping a cohesive, compelling manuscript that blends data, lived experience, and practical strategy. This project will require strong analytical skills, the ability to synthesize academic and industry research, and experience translating complex ideas into accessible, engaging writing for a professional audience.
In addition to manuscript development, I am looking for someone who can help identify and coordinate outreach to relevant thought leaders, HR executives, higher education leaders, and workforce development professionals for interviews to be incorporated into the book. Experience conducting structured interviews and integrating expert insights into long-form nonfiction is highly preferred.
This is not a memoir or purely motivational book — it is a research-informed, solutions-oriented leadership book intended for higher education leaders, HR professionals, and organizational decision-makers. Discretion and professionalism are essential.
If you have a strong background in business writing, research, leadership topics, or workforce trends — and are passionate about shaping ideas that influence how organizations develop talent — I would love to connect.
